Sales Consultant – Bajaj

Autoveer is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant for its Bajaj 2-Wheeler showroom in Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable 3-wheeler products, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain Bajaj 2-wheeler models, features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Generate new leads through customer references, field visits, local market activities, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings,



and sales.
- Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on Bajaj 2-wheeler products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, field sales, or retail sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and local market sales.
- Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp/CRM applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Kurukshetra local market will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
