Role & responsibilities

The work youll do
- Develop and maintain Deloitte.com web pages and sites to keep content accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Create and distribute personalized email communications featuring Deloitte thoughtware, newsletters, webcasts, and events.
- Perform quality checks to ensure web, social, and email content meets publishing standards and brand guidelines.
- Drive project coordination across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Execute web production tasks, including site audits, process documentation, and template testing.
- Use marketing automation tools to run email campaigns, including emails, forms, landing pages, segmentation, workflows, and lead scoring.
- Identify and escalate issues that could affect timelines, quality, or scope.
- Coordinate with web developers, agencies, and third parties to support integrations.
- Apply best practices for social and email publishing.
- Support training efforts and share knowledge across the team.
- Manage workflow, align stakeholder expectations,



and deliver work on time and with quality.
- Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and agile content personalization. Ensure emails adhere to industry standards and display correctly across devices and email clients.

The successful candidate will possess
- Experience with multiple content management, digital publishing, and marketing automation systems such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sprinklr.
- Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in using Workfront to support collaboration, manage assets, and track project workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and social media.
- Understanding of content management approaches and common issues across web and social channels.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
