Location : Chennai (US shift)

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop Desktop Support Analysts and additional Service Desk/NOC staff, including team members based in India.
- Set daily priorities for the team, balance workload across the queue, and provide hands-on technical guidance on escalated or complex issues.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback for support staff as the Service Desk and NOC team grows.
- Manage and continuously improve the service desk ticket queue, ensuring tickets are triaged, assigned, and resolved within SLA targets.
- Coordinate closely with onsite field teams to align on incident handling, project work, and client priorities across locations and time zones.





Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide onsite IT support to local offices in Chennai, in addition to remote support for other locations.
- Diagnose, document, and resolve IT hardware and software issues within allocated timelines, and serve as an escalation point for issues Desktop Support Analysts are unable to resolve.
- Configure, administer, and optimize ConnectWise (or an equivalent PSA platform) for ticketing, workflows, reporting, and service desk queue management.
- Liaise with 3rd party providers and vendors for resolution of customer incidents.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating proactively and professionally on the status of their IT requests, incidents, and projects.
- Create user accounts and manage access controls within Microsoft 365.
