Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Team Manager to manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong FP&A; experience with hands-on expertise in SAP and advanced financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage FP&A; activities including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide actionable business insights.
- Drive financial planning and forecasting cycles in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS, management dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership.
- Perform P&L; analysis, cost analysis, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Partner with business teams to understand financial performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting using SAP and other financial systems.
- Handle financial data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting from SAP.




- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate them to senior management.
- Support month-end/quarter-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Lead process improvements, automation, and standardization within FP&A.;

Educational Qualification
- CA / CMA preferred
- CA Inter / CMA Inter with strong relevant FP&A; experience may also be considered.
- MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience can be considered.
