Profile:
- A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
- Food safety certification or HACCP certification is often required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- English speaking is preferred.
- Pleasing personality with good teamwork and communication skills.
- Robust knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- 25 to 35 years old.

Job Overview:

The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) is responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie (CDP) in running a specific section of the kitchen. This includes food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining hygiene standards. The role requires hands-on execution, ensuring food quality and efficiency in service.

Key Responsibilities:1. Food Preparation & Cooking:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in the assigned section (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, fish, or vegetable station).




- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of mise en place before service.

2. Station Support & Hygiene:
- Help the CDP set up and organize the section before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
- Ensure hygiene and safety regulations are followed.
- Assist in managing food storage and stock rotation.

3. Collaboration & Training:
- Work closely with the CDP and other team members for smooth kitchen operations.
- Support commis chefs and junior staff in learning cooking techniques and kitchen organization.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service.

4. Plating & Quality Control:
- Assist in plating dishes according to the restaurant's presentation standards.
- Monitor food quality and consistency.
- Follow instructions from the CDP or Sous Chef
