Role & responsibilities

Experience in configuration setup of the below PM areas.

a. Calibration process

b. Refurbishment process

c. Equipment and Functional Location

d. Maintenance plan (Time based, performance based, Strategy based)

e. Notification and Work order

f. Task list and Maintenance strategies.

1. Lead End to End SAP Module Rollout including Requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post go-Live support.
2. Conduct business workshops with Procurement, inventory, and warehouse team to understand the current process.
3. Prepare AS-IS and To-Be documents, Functional and process flow documents for WFRICE.
4. Provide day to day support for PM related Incidents, Tasks and CRs.
5. Experience in configuration setup of the below PM areas.

6. Experience in integration with MM, PP, QM and CO.
7. Support audit and compliance requirements through proper system documentation.
8. Support the Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance Process.
9. Ensure Master data accuracy (equipment, Functional location, BOM and task list)

Provide cutover plans, preparation, and execution.
