Responsibilities :
- Design and build scalable, secure backend systems using Node.js, Next.js (API layer), and microservices architecture.
- Lead the development of complex features and own them end-to-end from requirements to release and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, DevOps, and frontend/mobile engineers to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Implement robust data models, APIs,



and integrations with banking systems, credit bureaus, cloud infrastructure, and internal services.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system availability, latency, security, and quality across the stack.
- Mentor and support mid and junior engineers, performing thoughtful code reviews and sharing best practices.
- Drive engineering excellence by promoting clean architecture, domain-driven design, observability, and testing culture.
- Contribute to technical planning, estimation, and decision-making in agile sprints.

Requirements :
- 6- 8 years of backend development experience in agile, high-growth product environments.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Node.js, with solid command of asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and API frameworks.
- Experience with Next.js API routes, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design
