*Manage quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tendering activities to support competitive and accurate project bidding and cost control.*

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates,



and tender documents.

● Analyse tenders, prepare comparative statements, and support vendor/contractor selection.

● Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and monitor project costs.

● Prepare interim and final measurement sheets and support bill certification.

● Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams on cost matters.

● Support contract administration and variation/claim documentation.

Requirements

● B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent (QS qualification preferred).

● 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering in construction projects.

● Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and contract documentation.

● Proficiency in relevant estimation/costing software and MS Excel.
