Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Analyst to improve our online visibility, organic traffic and lead generation for our IT Services and ERP products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, URLs and internal linking.
- Improve Google rankings, organic traffic and qualified inbound leads.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues in coordination with the development team.
- Build and manage effective link-building and off-page SEO activities.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic,



conversions and overall SEO performance.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and best practices.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content and Performance Marketing teams to support business growth.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Solid knowledge of On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Good understanding of keyword research, content optimization and link building.
- Experience in B2B, IT Services, SaaS or ERP domains is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
