Role & responsibilities:

* Verify applicants identity and supporting documents as per UIDAI guidelines.

* Enter and update demographic details accurately in the Aadhaar enrolment/update system.

* Capture biometric data (fingerprints, iris scan, and photograph) using UIDAI-approved devices.

* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all Aadhaar enrolment and update records.

* Assist applicants with Aadhaar enrolment, corrections, and update requests.

* Operate computers, biometric devices, scanners, and printers efficiently.

* Maintain confidentiality and security of citizen data.

* Follow UIDAI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.

* Resolve basic customer queries and provide professional service.





* Maintain daily transaction records and submit reports to the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile:

*Minimum qualification: Any Graduate

* 0-4 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or Aadhaar enrollment/update operations.

* Good typing speed .

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills to interact with citizens professionally.

* Ability to handle confidential citizen information while maintaining data privacy and security.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
