Agency Channel Senior RDM
, the main roles and responsibilities are:
- Manage and develop the agency channel.
- Recruit, train, and support insurance agents/advisors.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
- Generate recent business through the agency network.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for agents.
- Track sales, renewals, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Resolve agent/customer issues and provide timely support.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
- Expand the agency network by identifying and onboarding new agents.
