Role & Responsibilities

1. Handle and oversee all legal litigation matters of the organization.
2. Independently manage and represent the company in various legal proceedings.
3. Handle cases related to Civil, Criminal, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, Property, and other legal matters.
4. Provide strategic legal advice and take decisions on critical and sensitive legal matters.
5. Develop litigation strategies and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of cases.
6. Coordinate with external legal consultants, advocates, and internal teams.
7. Review legal documents, notices, pleadings, agreements, and court-related documentation.
8. Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
9. Track ongoing cases and ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely action.
10.



Willingness to travel and handle legal matters outside Pune as and when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 12 to 15+ years of relevant experience in litigation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Civil, Criminal, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, and Property matters.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures.
- Solid legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex and critical litigation matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel outside Pune for legal proceedings and assignments
