Role Summary
We are seeking an Engineering Leader who will oversee a team of developers, quality engineers, testers and support analysts on the International Digital team (AIR4 and Alliances). This team is responsible for AIR4 (Virgin) incident management, contract and testing support. It is also responsible for developing IT solutions to improve the customer experience for international travel involving Delta’s key airline alliance members.

Key Responsibilities
The Engineering Leader is responsible for team leadership, mentorship and coaching, ensuring on budget and on time delivery of critical capital and operational projects, and promoting and leading Delta's technology leadership culture throughout their team to deliver world class customer experiences. The development squad will be forging a new way of working focused on fast-paced,



data driven development that will span a wide variety of code bases which will require solid communication and coordination with multiple domains within Delta and also with Delta’s airline partners across the globe.
- Drive team efficiency by removing roadblocks and establishing strong communication and reporting practices; foster accountability and a pro-active team culture
- Onboard and develop new hires to rapidly acquire necessary tools, knowledge and connections to be effective and self-sufficient
- Supervise/Manage all aspects (including coaching, providing direction, staffing, delivering reviews, setting aligned objectives, time reporting, etc.) of direct reports’ overall performance
- Ensure work is clearly defined and following agile processes to enable tracking and reporting of work intake and development velocity
- Regularly report out on progress, risks, delivery timelines and successful implementations
- Drive usage of enterprise tools such as automation that drive efficiencies in project delivery
