We are building a modern, digitally driven brand and are looking for a Performance Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to manage our digital advertising, e-commerce operations and online growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on professional with practical experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and Shopify, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns, analysing performance data, improving the online shopping experience and identifying opportunities to grow online sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns focused on website traffic, conversions, product sales, catalogue sales and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimise key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and revenue.




- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, offers and campaign structures.
- Identify high-performing campaigns, audiences and creatives and scale them effectively.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of ad spend.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Research competitors, market trends and current opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and improve performance-oriented ad creatives.

2. E-commerce & Shopify
- Manage the day-to-day Shopify store, including products, collections, pricing, descriptions, images and product categorisation.
- Ensure product information and website content are accurate and up to date.
