Job Description

Empower Industries is looking for confident and motivated Tele caller / Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate should have good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills. Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, B2B sales or customer handling can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads and customer follow-ups.




- Convince customers and effectively handle objections.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele calling, Tele sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support or related fields are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
