About the Role
Phoenix Business Advisory is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead the overall marketing strategy across business verticals and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital & offline marketing strategies.
- Lead brand building, positioning, and brand management.
- Develop GTM (Go-to-Market) and growth marketing strategies.
- Understand consumer psychology and customer journeys.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation and improve customer engagement.
- Identify new growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Track marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Growth Marketing, Brand Management, or related fields.
- Strong strategic and business consulting mindset.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage strategy from planning to execution.
Pay: ₹20,306.25 - ₹40,084.19 per month
