The Healthy Binge (THB) is a fast-growing Pune-based healthy snacking brand, featured on Shark Tank India. We create millet-based, baked and palm-oil-free snacks and are building a strong consumer brand across D2C, Quick Commerce, e-commerce, retail and offline channels.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive who is interested in offline marketing, brand activations, events, sampling and social media content creation.

This is a hands-on role where you will work both from the office and on-ground. You will get exposure to real marketing campaigns, events, consumers, brand partnerships and content creation.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people,



be comfortable with field execution and be willing to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffline Marketing & Brand Activations
- Support sampling drives, pop-ups, flea markets, society activations and in-store promotions.
- Assist in weekend events and on-ground brand activations.
- Interact with consumers, explain THB products and encourage product trials.
- Collect consumer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
- Support event setup, coordination and teardown.
- Maintain basic reports on footfall, sampling, trials and consumer feedback.

Events & Partnerships
- Support fitness events, corporate sampling, community events and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate with vendors, event partners and internal teams.
- Assist in ensuring smooth on-ground execution and proper brand representation.
- Support pre-event and post-event coordination.

Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in ideating and creating Reels,
