* Guest Service – Hostess

Hostess – F&B; ServiceDuties & Responsibilities1. Guest Greeting & Welcome
- Welcome and greet all guests warmly with a pleasant and skilled attitude.
- Create a positive first impression of the restaurant.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist them with seating.




- Present menus and inform guests about daily specials, promotions, or restaurant facilities.

2. Table & Seating Management
- Manage table allocation according to reservations, guest preferences, and restaurant capacity.
- Maintain an updated seating plan and coordinate table availability with the service team.
- Ensure tables are properly set and ready before seating guests.
- Manage waiting lists during busy periods and provide accurate waiting times.

3. Reservations
- Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, or reservation systems.
- Confirm reservations and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Note special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, dietary requirements, or preferred seating.
- Coordinate VIP and special occasion arrangements with the concerned departments.

4. Guest Service
- Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
