About the Role

Dermalist is looking for an
Influencer Marketing Executive
with hands-on experience in the
D2C skincare industry
. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of influencer and creator marketing and should be capable of managing campaigns end-to-end, from influencer discovery and negotiation to execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, UGC creators, and micro/macro creators based on campaign objectives.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, commercials, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Handle both paid and barter influencer collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and agencies.




- Create and communicate campaign briefs while ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Social Media, Creative, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, conversions, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor influencer activities, emerging creators, skincare trends, and viral content formats.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Prior experience working with a D2C skincare brand is mandatory.
- Candidates who have worked with brands such as
Minimalist, mCaffeine, Foxtale, The Derma Co, Hyphen
, or similar D2C skincare/beauty brands will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the skincare, beauty, lifestyle, and UGC creator ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns
