HR Head Pan India Company Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor HR operations across all Pan-India sites.
- Supervise and control Site HR teams and ensure timely HR activities.
- Manpower planning, recruitment, joining, transfers and exits.
- Ensure effective implementation of attendance, leave and HR policies across company.
- Supervision of payroll process, of the company.
- Well verse with various statutory & Legal compliance, requirements for company.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Review site-wise HR MIS, identify gaps and ensure corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic site visits and HR audits to ensure process compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Payroll and Management for HR-related matters.




- Drive standardization, process improvement and HR system implementation across locations.
- Ensure monthly HR-MIS presentation to BOD.

Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 10–15 years of HR Head experience, preferably in Infrastructure / Construction / Engineering & multi-location organizations.
- Solid experience in all aspect of HR and Admin management of multi-location company.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll, statutory compliance and HR systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Computer AI literacy will be added advantage.
