About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing data and processes, identifying business opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

The candidate should have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work closely with business teams, management, operations, technology, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Business & Requirement Analysis
- Understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and requirements from various stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.




- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Identify gaps between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and requirement specifications where required.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and stakeholder discussions.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, risks, and opportunities from available data.
- Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
- Track and analyze key business performance indicators and KPIs.
- Convert complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Support management with data-driven decision-making.
