Role & responsibilities

People
- Manage the sales team on the ground.
- Provide support and coaching to sales executives
- Supervise the team, to the necessary level for the efficient and effective operation of the team.
- Lead the team meeting to review and update the market activities and information.

Participate in training programs associated with the Physician Partnership Program & other skill enhancement programs organized from time to time.

Financial :
- Target sales and marketing activities to ensure maximum ROI
- Monitor competitor activity/dealing/pricing and promotions within territory and provide feedback to the BU Sales Head / Marketing teams
- Achieve mutually agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Head
- Develop a plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of the regional sales goals and profitability, as agreed upon with BU / Sales Head
- Prepare and assign the sales budget within the team and monitor the performance against the budget, latest estimates and landing,



and adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive situations.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new customers / territories
- Keep a track of regional sales monthly basis for all brands.
- Direct the sales team for all sales activities, including increasing listings of the Companys core brands in customers, promotion quality, distribution management of key brands in existing and current markets
- Conduct monthly reviews with team and management on sales performance, growth prospects, and challenge resolution.
- Recommend activities for Brand promotion and ensure that incremental business support is gained
- Ensure all promotional activity is carried out efficiently and effectively within budgeted parameters and within the respective brands standard guidelines
- Work closely with marketing team to evaluate methods of improving the effectiveness and operational efficiencies of promotional activit
