Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities for QSR operations. The candidate will handle vendor coordination, sourcing, price negotiation, purchase orders, inventory requirements, and timely delivery of raw materials and operational supplies.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure food raw materials, packaging materials, beverages, kitchen consumables and other operational supplies.
- Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with reliable vendors.
- Collect quotations, compare prices and negotiate rates, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with stores, central kitchen, outlet and operations teams for purchase requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Check quantity,



quality and specifications of received materials.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, GRNs and invoices.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, shortage, delay and delivery discrepancies.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- QSR, Restaurant, FMCG, Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, follow-up and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
