Job Description: Jr. Executive (or) Executive Employee Engagement & Corporate Communication

Role Summary

The Jr. Executive or Executive Employee Engagement & Corporate Communicationwill support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, internal communication campaigns, events, and culture-building programs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Administration, and Business Teams to deliver engaging employee experiences and ensure smooth communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organization-Wide & Global Events
- Support planning and executing org-wide events including Leadership Town Halls, Annual Meets, Family Day, CSR Events, and Awards.
- Support vendor coordination and assist in maintaining event budgets and expense records.
- Chance to co-host employee events, town halls, and engagement programs.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate recurring engagement activities such as Coffee Connects,



Fun Fridays, contests, celebrations, awareness days, and employee experience campaigns.
- Coordinate culture-building programs across teams and business units.
- Assist in conducting surveys, collecting feedback, and compiling engagement insights.
- Build positive relationships with employees and contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace environment.
- Support initiatives that encourage employee participation, social connection, and workplace enjoyment.

3. Corporate Communication
- Draft and publish internal communication content including announcements, newsletters, campaign mailers, event invites, and employee stories.
- Support communication calendars and engagement campaigns.
- Ensure communications are aligned with company branding and tone.

4. Platform & Community Management
- Support digital engagement initiatives and online communities.
- Assist in managing Viva
