Job Description

QRS is looking for motivated Interns and Freshers to join our team as a Project Coordinator / Service Delivery Associate.

The role involves coordinating between clients and internal project teams to ensure explicit communication, smooth project execution, and timely delivery. This is a non-development role suitable for candidates interested in Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Project Operations, or Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal project teams.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Document requirements, meeting minutes, action items, and change requests.
- Maintain project trackers and documentation.
- Prepare concise project status reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and escalate them proactively.
- Coordinate with Salesforce, Testing, Web Development, and Integration teams.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables,



quality, and timelines.
- Support day-to-day project coordination and service delivery activities.
