Responsibilities
- Structural Inspection Assessment. Conduct visual inspection of all structural steel components. Identify defects due to overloading, design deficiencies, settlement, and thickness loss. Assess extent of corrosion in steel structures. Prepare detailed inspection reports and asset documentation.
- Reporting Documentation. Create visual inspection reports. Develop asset lists with dimensions and classification (load-bearing, non-load-bearing, etc.). Coordinate with NDT technicians to compile NDT reports and technical inferences. Provide sketches for layout and distress mapping. Recommend suitable repair/strengthening methodologies with detailed BOQ, specifications, and construction chemicals.
- Drawing Support.



Assist drafting personnel with layout sketches where drawings are unavailable. Support creation of distress mapping drawings highlighting defective areas.
Qualifications
- M.Tech Civil with Minimum 10 years in NDT and design review. Experience: Minimum 10 years in NDT and design review.
