Channel Partner Development
- Identify, onboard and activate Channel Partners, brokers and real estate consultants across Mumbai for Goa residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners to generate consistent business.
- Conduct regular CP meetings, project presentations and partner engagement activities.
- Communicate project USPs, pricing, inventory, schemes and offers to Channel Partners.
- Reactivate dormant Channel Partners and improve partner productivity.
- Develop a structured CP activation strategy to generate qualified leads and site visits for Goa properties.

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage and mentor the sourcing team responsible for Goa residential projects.
- Set individual and team-wise sourcing targets and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- Coach team members on CP acquisition, relationship management, lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.




- Motivate the team to consistently achieve sourcing, site visit and booking targets.

Business Development & Sales
- Drive business for Goa residential projects through the Mumbai Channel Partner network.
- Identify new CP clusters, brokerage firms and referral networks to expand the sourcing base.
- Generate qualified leads and site visits through the CP network.
- Work closely with the Closing/Sales Team to ensure smooth conversion of sourced leads.
- Track the sourcing pipeline from lead generation through site visit and booking.
- Monitor CP-wise performance and ensure consistent business contribution.
- Develop strategic initiatives to increase the overall sales contribution from Mumbai towards Goa projects.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Goa Property Sales or Outstation Real Estate Sales is required.
- Candidates with a robust and established Mumbai Channel Partner network will be preferred.
- Prior experience in Team Handling / Tea
