Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp and fast- thinking Creative Strategist who can craft compelling ideas, scripts and concepts that translate seamlessly into films and high-performing micro-content. This role requires someone who can decode briefs quickly, develop strong creative direction and collaborate closely with production, editing and business development teams to shape campaigns and pitches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong concepts, scripts and creative ideas for brand films and vertical micro-content.
- Translate client briefs into structured pitch decks with explicit hooks, insights and storytelling angles.
- Work closely with Directors, DOPs, Editors and Creative Leads to bring ideas to life.




- Research content trends, platform formats and brand tones to ensure relevance and impact.
- Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Contribute strategically during campaign ideation and pitch discussions.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Concept Writing or Copywriting (Agency / Production / Digital background preferred).
- Strong instinct for short-form storytelling and digital-first content.
- Ability to convert complex or unclear briefs into 2–3 sharp structured creative concepts.
- Strong understanding of brand voice, audience psychology and platform trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing scripts, concepts or pitch work is mandatory.
