Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, financial records, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Tally, GST filing, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle GST calculations, reconciliation, and timely GST return filing.
- Prepare and verify GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills as applicable.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.




- Handle vendor and customer ledger management and follow-ups.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and clients whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Excellent knowledge of GST filing and GST reconciliation.
- Knowledge of TDS, income tax basics, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering,
