WeWoBo (one of our brands) is building a new local discovery platform for Rishikesh. We are looking for three energetic Local Scouts who enjoy exploring the city, meeting people, discovering recent places and finding out what is happening around town.

Role & responsibilities
- Visit cafs, restaurants, hotels, shops, yoga schools, ashrams and other local businesses.
- Discover and document events, kirtans, satsangs, live music, workshops, parties, classes and other activities.
- Take good photos and short videos using a smartphone.
- Verify opening hours, locations, contact information, menus, products and services.
- Help local business owners claim and improve their WeWoBo listings.
- Find interesting places and experiences that tourists would otherwise miss.
- Keep information current by revisiting places and reporting changes.

Preferred candidate profile




- Lives in or knows Rishikesh/Tapovan very well.
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with business owners and tourists.
- Good spoken Hindi and English.
- Comfortable walking/riding around Rishikesh throughout the day.
- Own smartphone with a good camera.
- Basic ability to take attractive photos and videos.
- Curious, reliable and observant.
- Tourism, hospitality, photography, social media or field-sales experience is helpful but not required.
