Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Plan and schedule production as per customer requirements and production plans.
- Ensure smooth and effective operation of the production line.
- Monitor production processes, productivity, quality and material utilization.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and process bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
- Maintain production records, reports and shift-wise performance data.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimize production wastage, rejection, downtime and production costs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and SOPs.
- Supervise and guide production operators and workers.
- Support process improvement and achieve maximum machine and manpower utilization.





Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production or Plastic Engineering.
- 03 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
- Candidates with experience in plastic, PVC pipe, extrusion or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of production planning, process control and manufacturing operations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE and Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to manage production teams and work in shifts.
- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at the company's manufacturing location in Jharkhand.
