Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive the promotion and businessdevelopment of our Digital Pathology services. The role involves developing strong skilled relationships withgynaecologists, pathologists, doctors, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and other healthcare stakeholders. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for territory coverage, lead generation, product presentations, customerengagement, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and execute field marketing activities for Digital Pathology services services within the assignedterritory.

 Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, pathology centres, and healthcareprofessionals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with gynaecologists, pathologists, doctors, laboratory owners, and key decision-makers.

 Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into customers.

 Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales and business-development targets.  Conduct effective product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical/product discussions for prospectivecustomers.

 Follow up systematically with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions, repeat business, andcustomer retention.

 Collect and report market intelligence, competitor information, customer feedback, and emerging businessopportunities.

 Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and customer-support teams for quotations, order processing,implementation, and after-sales support.

 Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities using theprescribed reporting system.

 Represent the company professionally at meetings, conferences, seminars, and relevant healthcare events.
 Undertake extensive travel within the assigned territory as required.
