Job Description – Customer Support | Private Funding

Role: Customer Support

Department: Private Funding

Experience: 6+ months in Finance/Banking/NBFC/Sales

Location: Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Valliyur & coimbatore

Responsibilities:

Generate leads from business owners and entrepreneurs.

Understand customers’ funding requirements.

Explain suitable funding solutions.

Collect and verify required documents.

Coordinate with internal teams for file processing.

Follow up with customers regularly.

Maintain customer records.

Achieve monthly sales and file-submission targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of sales experience.

Finance/Banking/NBFC experience preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of loans and financial products.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
