Sales Manager Industrial Projects & Solutions

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and customer relationships for a leading Industrial Projects, EPC/EPCM, Design & Construction and Engineering Solutions organisation.

The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing key accounts and converting projects across Food & Beverage, Dairy, Chemical, Healthcare, Manufacturing and other industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales and business-development strategy for the assigned market.
- Identify current customers, projects and business opportunities across industrial sectors.
- Build relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Engineering, Projects, Procurement and Operations teams.
- Generate leads for EPC/EPCM, Design & Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Facility Management and process solutions.
- Develop and manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.




- Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers and presentations in coordination with engineering/project teams.
- Lead customer meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions through to order closure.
- Track upcoming Greenfield, Brownfield, expansion, modernisation and facility-upgrade projects.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, technology suppliers and specialist vendors.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.
- Support project handover from sales to the execution team and maintain customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate
- Engineering degree preferred, with 7-12 years of B2B industrial sales/business-development experience.
- Experience in EPC, EPCM, industrial construction, process engineering, plant projects or industrial equipment/services.
- Exposure to Food & Beverage, Dairy, C
