Role & responsibilities
- Imports Customs Clearance and Documentation Work (By Sea and By Air).
- Coordinating with vendors to get quotes for Ex-Works Shipments (Air and Sea), Cold Storage and forwarding.
- Preparation of Customs Duty pertaining to Imports as per the latest tariff.
- Submission of Customs Bill of Entries to Concerned Bank.
- Regular Co-ordination with CHA for clearance of Shipments from Customs
- Arranging Transportation for delivery of materials Inhouse and from all Ports
- Preparation of Form As towards GST Nill against EOU.
- Visiting GST Jurisdiction Office and SEZ office for Form As
- Visiting EPD office for Submission of Data and Bonds Purpose as per the EOU.
- Preparation of Export Documents for Clearance Commercial and Sample Shipments
- Shipping Bills Submission.
- Preparation of Bills (Clearance, GMR Storage, Freight Bills and Transport Bills).
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
- Proficiency in MS Office
