- Ensure compliance with NABH standards through regular audits and documentation.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services, focusing on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in hospital quality management or related field (NABH & Compliance).
- Solid knowledge of clinical & patient safety principles, quality improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements (NABH).
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
