Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage operations using Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
- Handle L1/L2 incidents, ticket triage, and operational support.
- Implement AI/ML-based ticket routing and operational workflows.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance and risk management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI in operations.
- Experience with automation, documentation, and workflow optimization.
