Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Support in cocktail preparation, garnishing, and service presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, back bar, and storage areas.
- Ensure bar stock levels are maintained — refill garnishes, mixers, glassware, and supplies as needed.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Assist in checking inventory and report shortages to the Bar Manager.
- Help in receiving and arranging bar supplies and deliveries.
- Engage with guests courteously, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and ingredients.
- Support during busy service hours and ensure timely drink delivery.
- Maintain proper grooming standards and represent the brand professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
