Job Purpose

The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the meat processing plant, ensuring smooth production operations, product quality, food safety, hygiene, manpower utilization, cost control, inventory management, maintenance, and timely dispatch.

The role requires robust leadership and hands-on experience in meat processing, poultry/meat manufacturing, FMCG, food production, QSR supply chain, or a similar food-processing environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Plant Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the meat processing plant from raw material receiving to finished-product dispatch.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
- Monitor processing, cutting, deboning, trimming,



packing, chilling/freezing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality, stores, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Improve productivity, process efficiency, and overall plant performance.
