Job Description: Business Head – Early Child Care (Corporate & Operations)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Head of Early Child Care to lead the expansion and operations of our corporate creche/daycare facilities. This is a vital leadership role that bridges B2B business development with high-quality operational execution. You will be responsible for driving growth by securing in-house daycare tie-ups with leading corporate houses, while ensuring that our existing facilities operate at the highest standards of safety, education, and profitability. If you have a strong background in corporate sales, key account management, and facility operationscoupled with a passion for early childhood development-we want you to lead our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Corporate Partnerships (B2B) Strategic Growth: Identify, pitch,



and secure partnerships with top corporate houses, tech parks, and business centres to set up on-site or near-site creche facilities. Sales Pipeline: Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B leads, engaging directly with CHROs, HR Heads, and Admin Directors. Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, finalize SLAs, and close long-term corporate daycare contracts. Market Mapping: Continuously analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate employee-benefit policies to adapt our sales strategy.

2. Complete Facility Operations Centre Setup & Launch: Oversee the end-to-end setup of new corporate creche facilities, including infrastructure design, safety compliance, and vendor management. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere strictly to local government regulations, safety protocols, child-to-caregiver ratios, and hygiene standards.
