Job Description – Graphic Designer Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Executive with a

minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate

should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging visual

content for digital, social media, marketing, branding, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Design creative and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites,

advertisements, campaigns, and marketing materials.

 Create designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital

platforms.

 Develop banners, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, promotional materials, and

other creative assets.

 Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design

requirements and deliver creatives on time.

 Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colours, fonts, layouts, and overall visual

identity.

 Create engaging designs for marketing campaigns, product promotions, events, and





company communications.

 Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content as required.

 Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and target audiences.

 Resize and adapt designs into different formats and dimensions for various platforms.

 Coordinate with internal teams and incorporate feedback into final designs.

 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

 Keep up to date with current graphic design, social media, and visual communication

trends.

 Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

 Ensure all final designs are accurate, high-quality, and ready for publishing or

printing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 1.5 years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar

creative role.

 Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a

related field
