What You'll Do

As a
Business Development Manager
, you will:

• Drive
B2C sales and revenue
for premium professional certification programs

• Counsel working professionals and learners on career-oriented programs

• Handle the complete sales cycle —
Lead → Counselling → Follow-up → Objection Handling → Closure

• Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments

• Consistently achieve
monthly & quarterly revenue targets





• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline effectively

• Build strong relationships with prospective learners

• Identify learner requirements and recommend the right program

• Handle objections related to
fees, ROI, career outcomes and program value

• Track conversion, revenue, pipeline and other key sales metrics

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Mandatory:

✅
2–6 years of EdTech Sales experience

✅ Strong experience in
B2C sales & lead conversion

✅ Proven record of
achieving sales/revenue targets

✅ Experience selling
online certification / professional upskilling programs

✅ Solid counselling, negotiation, objection-handling & closing skills

✅ Highly
target-driven and revenue-oriented

✅ Comfortable working independently in a
remote environment
