Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain HCM configurations for clients using various ERP systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on configured HCM modules such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and talent management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HCM configurations and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS solution specialist or similar role.
- Robust understanding of HR Tech/HRM/ERP (Human Capital Management) concepts and principles.
- Experience working with HCM consultants or implementation teams is an asset.
