1. Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects in alignment with client objectives and PMC standards.

Operational Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage overall project plans and construction schedules with the team.
2. To Plan and coordinate to Mobilize manpower, equipment, and materials in coordination with Construction Vendor.
3. Monitor progress, quality compliance, and contractual adherence.
4. Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of QA, safety, and environmental systems along with the Vendors.
5. Manage client interface, address issues proactively, and ensure satisfaction.
6. To take lead in Certifing contractor bills and quantities accurately along with QS team.
7. Ensure smooth project closure, handover to facilities , and demobilization.
People Management
1. Lead and motivate project teams, consultants, and contractors.
2. Allocate resources efficiently and build a cooperative, high-performing team.
3. Encourage accountability, ownership, and skilled conduct.
