The Captain is responsible for supervising the front-of-house team and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced QSR environment. The role includes managing team members, maintaining service standards, handling customers, and ensuring that all operational SOPs are followed.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Team Members and Stewards during the shift.
- Ensure smooth and fast customer service as per QSR standards.
- Monitor order taking, billing, food serving, and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of the dining and service area.
- Conduct shift briefings and assign duties to team members.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and service standards.
- Assist in opening and closing the restaurant/store.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the Manager about shortages.




- Support the Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Train new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and SOPs.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, POS, bills, and customer orders as per company policy.
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment.

Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a small team.
- Good knowledge of QSR operations and service standards.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or food service operations, preferably in a supervisory or senior service role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
