Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for TAC processes (e.g., territory alignment, quota allocations, sales credit assignments, and compensation rules).
- Validate and test business rules, workflows, and automation within Dynamics 365 related to territory and compensation modules.
- Collaborate with TAC Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to review requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between Dynamics 365, compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Callidus), and external data sources.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles and support business users during validation phases.
- Identify, log, and track defects using test management and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- Automate regression tests where feasible using QA automation tools or Power Automate (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and audit controls through robust QA processes.
- Generate QA reports and provide insights on data accuracy, test coverage, and release readiness
