DNA Academy is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to drive student admissions, expand our market presence, develop institutional partnerships, and achieve business growth targets in and around Chengannur.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, networking, negotiation, and team-handling skills, with experience in education, healthcare training, sales, marketing, or business development preferred. The role combines lead generation, student admissions, institutional tie-ups, field marketing, and business growth activities. These responsibilities align with common BDM roles in the education sector, particularly around admissions, partnerships, lead conversion, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student admissions and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities in Chengannur and surrounding areas.
- Build robust relationships with schools, colleges, hospitals, healthcare organizations, training centres, and other institutions.




- Develop and manage institutional tie-ups and referral partnerships.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, seminars, events, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to improve lead conversion.
- Promote DNA Academy's healthcare courses and career-oriented training programs.
- Plan and conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the business development/admission team, where applicable.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, conversion, and sales records using CRM/Excel.
