Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling, denial handling, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing, RCM, and insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare providers over phone calls.
