About the Role

Lockhart Estate is looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and timely execution of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Check drawings, measurements, materials, and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Prepare site reports, measurements, and quantity requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure proper quality control and safety practices.





Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in residential construction is preferred.
- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
