Role & responsibilities This role combines marketing operations, brand management, digital marketing,

intellectual property coordination, and lead generation.

You will own the operational side of marketing ensuring our brands remain consistent,

campaigns are executed professionally, websites stay current, and our growing portfolio of

intellectual property is properly managed.

Brand Management
- Maintain brand standards across all products
- Manage logos, style guides, fonts, colors and brand assets
- Coordinate creation of recent marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency across presentations, websites and social media
- Maintain digital asset libraries

Website Management
- Coordinate updates across company and product websites (content and messaging

will originate with US team)
- Publish blogs, case studies and product announcements (content and messaging

will originate with US team)
- Optimize landing pages
- Work with designers and developers on enhancements




- Monitor SEO performance
- Improve website conversion rates

Email Marketing
- Build and execute email campaigns
- Maintain mailing lists
- Create newsletters
- Monitor campaign performance
- Manage marketing automation workflows
- Support webinar and event invitations

Intellectual Property & Legal Marketing Support

Coordinate with outside counsel to manage:
- Trademark registrations
- Trademark renewals
- Patent filings
- Patent tracking
- Copyright documentation
- Brand protection activities

Maintain an organized repository of all IP documentation.

Responsibilities include:
- Product brochures
- Sales presentations
- Product one-pagers
- Website content
- Product videos
- Release announcements
- Competitive research
- Customer success stories

Marketing Operations

Manage marketing systems including:
- CRM updates
- Marketing calendars
- Campaign schedules
- Content library
- Digital asset manage
